At Libas e Jamila we want you to be happy every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to change your mind. You can return your un-stitched and semi-stitched goods within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Return goods must be in Original Condition, unwashed and unworn and in the Original Packaging.
For all refunds processed there is a 5% handling charge which shall be deducted from the refund. We do not provide a “FREE RETURN” service meaning all charges in regards to returning the goods will be paid by the customers. We will refund your money you have paid for goods to your original payment method within 10 days of its receipt back by us, to the debit/credit card or other payment method originally used for your purchase.
Please Note: Stitched Products are non-Refundable / Exchangeable. SALE items are Non-Refundable. Please Look at the detailed Size chart and Buy accordingly. Each and every item is checked thoroughly before dispatched to ensure they are not damaged and fit for purpose. They are then packed carefully to avoid any transit damage.
We will be unable to accept the returns of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Refunds will not be given for products that have been damaged whilst in the care of the customer due to misuse or negligence.
How to Return
You can return goods with any courier or Postal service like Post Office, Fedex, DHL or Hermes. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance provided as we are not liable for any loss or damaged goods during transit.
